In 2024, Brek successfully sold Waterloo Customs, a company he founded that focused on the aftermarket boating industry, where he served as Head of Sales and oversaw all operations. He forged valuable partnerships, including one with SeaDek Marine, and generated customer demand through innovative marketing strategies and tailored design services.
Before that venture, Brek excelled as a Territory Sales Account Manager for Big Ass Fans, where he significantly increased revenue and expanded the company’s market presence across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. His successful stint at Industrial Disposal Supply was highlighted by over $4 million in sales achieved for seven consecutive years, along with consecutive recognition as Distributor of the Year for nine years.
