John White
Mr. John W. White is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. With over fifteen years of experience in construction management, pre-construction services, and business development, John has established himself as a leader in the industry. He was born in Stillwater, OK, and moved to Tulsa, OK, after college in 2003, where he currently works and Co-Founded, Heritage Brothers Construction.
Throughout his career, John has held several key leadership positions, including Vice President and Director of Construction Services, where he developed cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion while ensuring timely delivery. He has consistently evaluated the performance of trade contractors and ensured adherence to architectural and engineering specifications. As a Project Manager, he has prepared specifications, monitored project status, and managed multiple projects, overseeing every aspect from budgeting to compliance. John's skill set includes market research, strategic planning, and proficiency in software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, JDEViewpoint, ProCore, Prolog, and AccuBuild. He holds several licenses and certifications, including Green Advantage Certification Training, OSHA 30, and Infection Control Risk Assessment for HealthCare Construction.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, John is deeply committed to his community. He is proud to be associated with Leadership Tulsa and actively participates on the board of the Humane Society of Tulsa, as well as other organizations dedicated to community service.
Outside of work, John and his wife, Amanda, enjoy splitting their time between their home in Broken Arrow, OK, and Grand Lake o' the Cherokees, where they love spending time with their two pups, Frankie and JoJo.
