Robert White
S. Robert White, Jr. is a proud fourth-generation Oklahoman with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. He began his professional career in banking operations management before transitioning to become a licensed investment advisor in 2000, ultimately serving as Vice President at ONB Bank and Trust Company. In 2008, he left the banking industry to focus on his entrepreneurial pursuits.
Robert’s extensive experience includes significant leadership roles in the aerospace and defense industries, where he was instrumental in establishing and operating two federally-certified firms owned by his Native American Tribe. Under his guidance, the first firm achieved 8(a) Certification through the Small Business Administration and grew to an impressive average revenue of $18.3 million, employing 120 people across seven states. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, including scaling another tribal company to approximately $50 million within eight years.
Since 2019, Robert has redirected his expertise and passion for real estate into a boutique firm specializing in property rehabilitation and development. His professional competencies encompass strategic planning, client relations, financial acumen, business development, operations management, and contracting — all critical skills in the construction and roofing industry. As an active member of his Native American Tribe, Robert has also served in various leadership capacities, including Vice President and Treasurer. He is committed to community service, having volunteered with organizations such as the Tulsa County Child Abuse Network and the American Heart Association.
Residing in Houston, Texas, with his wife, Erin, and their three children, Robert enjoys family trips to the lake and supports his children at various sporting events.
